This min / max thermometer is made of white plastic and easy to read. It indicates the current temperature on both scales. With the black markings it indicates in the left column the minimum and in the right column the maximum temperature that has been. With the push button in the middle you can lower the markings, in order to reset the black markings to the current temperature
