With this floor squeegee, Talen Tools offers you a handy tool for scooping up water. It’s indispensable after a big cleanup, when soapy water remains on the floor. Or when you want to remove excess water from the bathroom, the stable, or the patio after it rains. The floor squeegee makes it easy to remove water, both indoors and outdoors. This model comes without a handle. Attach a handle with a diameter of 23.5 millimeters to the floor squeegee’s holder. The soft natural rubber prevents damage to delicate floors.

For added durability, the natural rubber on this floor squeegee is encased in a metal housing. This galvanized metal is less prone to damage, which also reduces the risk of rust. Since you’ll be using this squeegee in damp conditions, this extra protection is a must. In addition, the metal feels sturdy and strong, making it easy to scoop up water. Use the floor squeegee on smooth floors. Although the natural rubber is very soft, it’s important not to scrape the metal across the floor. Doing so can cause damage and scratches.

Want even more protection for your floor? Place a mop under the floor squeegee. If necessary, wrap the mop around the squeegee. Check regularly to make sure no sharp pebbles or other small objects are caught in the mop or the natural rubber. This will help prevent scratches. Are you attaching the handle to the holder? You’ll quickly notice that the floor squeegee is in a comfortable position, allowing you to either pull or push the water. When choosing a handle, we recommend opting for a waxed wooden one. Alternatively, you can choose a plastic handle, though these are often slightly more fragile.
